We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to our service or community.

3. User Content

Ghost Grammar processes your submitted text only to generate real-time improvements. We do not store, log, analyze, or retain this content. Users are solely responsible for the legality and ownership of the text they submit.

You agree not to submit content that is:

  • Illegal, harmful, defamatory, or harassing
  • A violation of third-party intellectual property rights
  • Spam, malware, or automated content scraping
  • Designed to abuse, stress-test, or reverse-engineer the service

4. Intellectual Property

GhostGrammar.app and all related design, branding, code, and features are owned by or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for personal or internal business purposes.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or reverse engineer the platform
  • Use our service to build or train competing products
  • Reuse outputs or branding in a commercial offering without permission

5. Payments and Subscriptions

We reserve the right to change pricing, features, or plans at any time. Continued use after a change constitutes agreement to the new terms.

6. Commercial Use Restriction

You may not use Ghost Grammar to offer third-party services or products (e.g., automated editing-as-a-service platforms) unless explicitly approved in writing. Use of Ghost Grammar outputs for resale, redistribution, or mass production is prohibited without a commercial license.

7. Beta Disclaimer

Ghost Grammar is evolving and may include features that are experimental, incomplete, or temporarily unstable. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, bug-free experience, or long-term availability of any feature.

Use of beta features is at your own risk.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, cyberattacks, infrastructure failure, war, pandemics, or legal restrictions.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
